Outfit/hair: Cut it short!

About a week ago I went to the hairdresser. I just wanted her to cut off the dead ends, but there was no saving of my (semi) long locks. I was disappointed at first, but I'm kind happy with this bob by now.  What are your thoughts about it? 

Last saturday my boyfriends mum turned 60, so we were out celebrating with the whole family. I wore this LBD with a kind of peplum on the sides and combined it with golden tights. I think there's no better outfit for a party than the famous little black dress. And - beside a classic one - I love one with some special details of this season. Like the peplum on this one!
